Nominate and Vote on Chair and Vice Chair for the 2025 Planning and Zoning Board.

A petition has been filed by Ben Johnson with Land Unlimited Inc. on behalf of JACO Acquisitions LLC, to annex two parcels into the City of Rincon, Georgia and to rezone these same parcels.  The subject parcels, located at 5868 Highway 21 South (0465M001) and 5864 Highway 21 South (0465M003), are proposed to be rezoned from AR-2 (Agricultural Residential) to R-3 (Residential Multi-Family). The parcels are owned by JACO Acquisitions LLC.

A petition has been filed by Keith & Joy Woods with BKB Properties LLC for a Zoning Map Amendment for a parcel, located at 0 Magnolia Drive, to amend the zoning from R2 (single-family and duplex residential) to B-2 (General Commercial); the parcel is 1.18 acres and is owned by BKB Properties LLC.
